Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you require international shipping, please contact our customer support team for options and availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your sauna. Standard shipping rates apply, and any additional fees, such as for remote or difficult-to-access locations, will be provided upon request. Free shipping promotions may be available for select orders—please check our website for current offers. In most cases door-to-door shipping fee is included into our invoice.
Processing and Shipping Time
Each sauna is carefully crafted and prepared for shipment. Typical processing times are as follows:
In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Custom Orders: Since our saunas are designed and made in Italy, custom orders may take 4-6 weeks for production before shipment.
Spare Parts: Most spare parts are delivered from our US warehouse located in Richmond, VA. Processing time is 5-7 business days.
Shipping and delivery typically take 4-6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Requirements
Upon delivery, please inspect your sauna for any visible damage. If any issues arise, document them and contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
Installation & Warranty
We suggest using authorized installers to install Megius products to take advantage of the 3-year warranty. Proper installation ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your sauna.
